Miami Hurricanes football head coach Mario Cristobal is on track to bring in consecutive top 10 recruiting classes, setting a new foundation for the team. Miami has the 23rd-ranked 2024 class, but this is set to change as the program has commitments from seven players in the class, including four-star wide receiver Chance Robinson as the only blue-chip commit. However, Miami has not signed consecutive top 10 classes since 2005, although the best class in the current ACC conference was secured in 2023 according to the 247 Sports rankings. The 2024 Miami class currently ranks sixth in the ACC, but the Hurricanes are expected to rank higher by the end of recruiting.
Miami will have nine official visits in June, with four out of the nine being blue-chip prospects, including five-star running back Jerrick Gibson and three-star offensive tackle Juan Minaya. Miami and Texas are leading for Gibson, and Minaya has already committed to Miami. All four of the June official visitors who are strongly considering Miami should help the Hurricanes move higher up the 2024 recruiting rankings.
