BYU Football Announces New Tight Ends Coach with NFL Experience

Prior to his time at BYU, Gilbride coached in the NFL for 12 years. He worked with teams like the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, and New York Giants, earning a Super Bowl ring with the Giants. He served under renowned head coaches such as Tom Coughlin, Ben McAdoo, Matt Nagy, and Matt Rhule.

BYU offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick believes that Gilbride's vast experience as a tight ends coach will elevate the tradition of great tight end play at BYU. He expects Gilbride to develop the players in the position and prepare them for the NFL.

Before joining BYU, Gilbride spent time with the Charlotte 49ers and the Carolina Panthers.
