Ohio State's 2025 Football Schedule Update: Exciting New Matchup Added!
Exciting changes are coming to Ohio State's 2025 football schedule. The game against UConn on Oct. 18 has been cancelled, but fear not as a new matchup against Grambling State University on Sept. 6 has been added to the lineup.
The Buckeyes and UConn both agreed to the schedule change, making way for an enticing clash with Grambling. This adjustment puts Ohio State against Texas on Aug. 30, Grambling on Sept. 6, and Ohio on Sept. 13 for their non-conference games in 2025.
Adding Grambling to the mix will mark Ohio State's fifth game against an FCS opponent, with previous matchups against Youngstown State and Florida A&M. It will also be the second game against an HBCU institution for the Buckeyes.
